Il y a 20 ans, Mitterrand inventait la première machine à bulles en béton

Anniversaire ! François Mitterand a crée le premier ministère de la ville il y a 20 ans. Depuis, la gauche et la droite sont passées de la naïveté à la négligence. Le ministère s'est goinfré de béton, tout en amaigrissant son caractère social. 


Qu’’est-ce que le ministère de la Ville ? Une usine à faire pousser du béton, ou à soigner le social ? L’’actuel Ministre de la Ville, Maurice Leroy, lui, parle avant tout de son ministère comme d’’une «spécificité à la française». Et ça fait 20 ans que ça dure. On doit la paternité de ce ministère dédié aux quartiers populaires à François Mitterrand. Mais, triste anniversaire, depuis 20 ans : comment ce concept a évolué ? qu’’est-ce qui a vraiment changé ? Il serait aisé, l’’aigritude aidant, de répondre : non, rien a changé. Ca serait facile, n’’est-ce pas?
