" Training course considered as an insider knowledge "
« Training course is a true discrimination. It is a sort of “insider knowledge”. To solve this problem, it is necessary to create training course data banks. It has to be the job of schools and universities to find the training courses because, in general, there is a paradox.
The training course is very often a required condition to get the diploma. The problem is that young people are asked to find themselves their training course location. At the age of 15, 16 or 17, you have no network yet!
You are not able to find a training course on your own. When you are in school, you are not required to find your own mathematics or French teacher. So, if the company takes part in the training of a young student, it seems to be normal the school or the university looks for a training course location for him/her. To give on light-hearted example, when you study at the “ENA” (French top class school of administration) and you need a training course, the ENA finds the training course location for you! And when you study there, normally you encounter no difficulty to get a training course. It is quite strange that the most fortunate benefit from the best help and do not even need to get a job interview.
The discrimination is quite violent because the one who needs less help gets the most of it. »
